Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Iron Rockets MC ("we", "us"), which runs this site. By signing in to or using this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. This site and fellos

This site runs on fellos, a membership platform operated by maClara, LLC ("fellos"). fellos hosts the site and processes our members' information on our behalf and on our instructions. We decide who can join, what the site collects and how it is used. fellos's Privacy Notice describes its part.

2. Accounts

Your account on this site is set up by us, for example through an invitation.
Site administrators must be at least 18 years old.
If we add members under 18, for example in a youth auxiliary or as secondary members, we are responsible for getting any parental consent the law requires.
Keep your sign-in details secure, and do not share your account with anyone.
Keep the information in your profile accurate.
If you think someone else is using your account, tell us promptly through our Contact page.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to:

break the law, or help anyone else break it;
harass, threaten or intimidate other members;
post or send material that is defamatory, obscene or hateful, or that infringes anyone's rights;
send spam;
get into accounts or parts of the site you are not allowed to use, or get around its access controls;
upload malware, or interfere with or disrupt the site; or
scrape the site, or access it by automated means, without our written permission.

We may remove content that breaks these Terms, and restrict or end the access of anyone who breaks them.

4. Your content and ours

Your content. You own what you post and upload, such as group posts, comments, messages, documents and your profile. You are responsible for it, and you confirm that you have the right to post it.
Permission you give us. You give us permission to host, store, copy and display your content on the site for as long as we hold it, and to have fellos and its service providers process it to run the site, including its search and AI features.
Our content. Pages, announcements, policies and other material we publish on the site belong to us.
The platform. The software that runs this site, and its design, belong to fellos. These Terms give you no rights in them beyond using the site.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share your information.

6. Payments

If you pay dues, buy an event ticket or order from our store on this site, you pay us, through our own Stripe account. Card details go to Stripe and never reach this site. Refunds and questions about a payment are between you and us. fellos is not a party to the payment.

7. Ending access

We may deactivate your account, for example when your membership ends or if you break these Terms.
A deactivated account can no longer sign in. Deactivation does not delete your information. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep, and how to ask us to remove it.

8. Disclaimers

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell members about material changes through the site. If you keep using the site after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply to you.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where we are based, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
